- Watch for children spending extended lengths of time at the computer.
- Limit your childs access to the computer to specific areas.
- Set limits on use to specific times.

- Work alongside with your child while On-line.
- Warn your child to be wary of On-Line Strangers; asking who they are communicating with.
- NEVER allow your child to arrange a face-to-face meeting with another computer user
without parental permission.

- Encourage your child to report suggestive, obscene, belligerent or threatening bulletin
board messages.
