License application forms may be downloaded or picked up at the Police Department at any time.
Completed applications may be submitted to Sergeant O'Reilly only.

A $100.00 non-refundable fee must be submitted along with the application. There is no application fee for renewal applicants over seventy (70) years of age.
Applicants will be fingerprinted at the time the application is submitted.
First time applicants and those who did not hold a license on the first of June 1998 are required to submit a certificate of completion from a state approved basic firearms safety course along with their application. Those renewal applicants who have never completed either the state or NRA certified course must submit a certificate of completion from the state basic firearms safety course.
All persons applying for their first " All Lawful Purpose" license will be interviewed by Sergeant O 'Reilly .
The new application process is expected to take approximately forty-five (45) days. Applicants are advised to submit an application for renewal at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration date of their license.
Upon approval of the application the applicant will be notified in writing.
The Easton Police Department will accept either a Personal Check or Money Order in payment of required fees.
If an application for a license is denied the applicant will be so notified in writing.

Please note that there is no grace period for expired licenses.
